What camera bag is best for a first time DSLR user that is traveling abroad? - best backpacking bag for dslr
I bought my first digital SLR (Canon EOS 400D). I travel to Vietnam and want to know what is the best way to travel with my camera. I want so nothing too big like most camera backpacks, I have seen.
I think only get a neoprene case is as follows:

Is that enough protection so that when I light hiking, sightseeing am?
That is my choice because it also has purchased 75-300mm. I do not know if it's overweight for height?

What do you think? Why? What should I bring to think about when I travel abroad for two weeks?
Thank you!

There is no "best" camera bag. Go to the store and watch them. What seems to be best for you is that you will receive.
Have done well because they want to erode the seam. All devices such as caps and closures shall be of high quality. It should be easy to open, secure and must be stopped.
Must be large enough to maintain their equipment and not too large.
And finally, remember that the cameras do not take pictures in sacks. If you are serious about photography, the camera around his neck, mostly not in the bag.

While an overall excellent camera bags and backpacks designed (some offer a place for your laptop).
To make sure she looks like any pack of others, so do not shout. "I have cameras on me, steal me now" because it Nikon or Canon, and embroidered National Geographic.
Here is a link, look for ideas.

The lens is a challenge that you wish to take wide, 10-22 mm and 70-300 mm is not so great. I take a goal of 200-400 mm in my pocket when I go and take lots of travel photography. I hope you have a grip on the battery and a second battery.
You'll need an adapter for your laptop and charger from the device, so that you can use in Vietnam. They sell a mixed bag of them in stores like Radio Shack for under $ 20.
They also want to remember at least four or five cards of 4 GB of memory and mind, you take to download every evening after a fullDays of shooting, then reformat again safely on your computer, use the format of the device (do not forget to format it before you for the first time)
My backpack weighs about 25 pounds when full with my two goals and four cases, additional filters, memory cards and how (including 4 pounds if the device). You leave my side when I travel, either locally or internationally. This finish is a unique element. Never check your camera or laptop ... NEVER.
Perhaps more important things to do before with the new camera.
Get to travel the camera before. This means spending time to learn to be able to intuitively use all the features and killed at least a few thousand pictures with it and are completely at ease when you copy the images from the camera to the computer. With the card reader on your laptop saves you time and certainly the energy stored in batteries of cameras.
